Project Management
LMU’s Technology Project request process is governed by the University Technology Council (UTC). Upon receipt, Technology Project Requests will be assigned to an ITS Analyst who will facilitate completion of the Business Case in preparation for UTC review.
The ITS Project Management Office (PMO) facilitates executive decisions on project requests, provides leadership and mentoring to project managers, and communicates with stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
For more information, contact Matthew Bazar, Director of Project Management, at mbazar@lmu.edu.
Project Request Criteria
- Implementation of a new system or an upgrade/expansion of an existing system. NOTE: UTC funded or self-funded technology projects must be approved through this process.
