Qualtrics Technical Support
There are support options available to all LMU faculty, student, and staff. Depending on the nature of your questions, please refer to the options and services provided below.
Contact ITS Service Desk for:
- Account-only support
- Faculty and Staff upgrades to the “approved” level after LMU Qualtrics training has been completed. NOTE: For exception or IRB related upgrades questions, cocntact survey@lmu.edu
- Supervisor’s request for survey ownership transfers from outgoing or former employees’ accounts
- Preferred name or email changes which were not automatically updated from Workday/Banner
- Survey transfers to or from another institution with a Qualtrics account (Qualtrics administrators from both institutions must approve the transfer)

Technical Support Updates
Qualtrics provides regular updates about new features, fixes, etc. Check back often for any relevant updates for LMU.

Various video tutorials and resources are available through the Qualtrics Support Team to ensure that you get the most out of the software. The Qualtrics support team also offers assistance with simple to highly involved projects. There are several ways to request free one-on-one support from a Qualtrics representative, including email, online chat, or phone.
