Adobe Access Instructions

If you're experiencing access issues with any Adobe product, sign in with Enterprise ID/SSO using the following instructions: 

  • Open the program
  • Select "Help"
  • If you're instructed to sign out, do so
  • Sign In
    • Enter your email (first.last@lmu.edu or lls.edu)
    • Click "Sign In"
    • Fill in your username and password from the single sign-on pop-up screen

You should be able to access all Adobe programs upon completing this process.
